Sleep to strengthen!

How is sleep quality related to body weight and muscle function?

Science has been looking into this question for some time now, and we at the Institute of Sport and Human Movement Science at the University of Vienna now want to get to the bottom of it.

As older adults can be particularly affected by sleep problems but also by a reduction in muscle function, we want to take a closer look at this target group in a new study.

That's why we need your help!
