A common tenet in archery is that the archer can hear if he/she performed a good or a bad shot. Goal of this study is to analyse acoustics of a bow during the shot in archery. Therefore shots will be separated into two groups in respect to the archer’s estimation and the score of each arrow: good and bad shots. Statistical analyses should proof if there are any significant differences in specific parameters between the good and bad performed shots. These findings should verify if an archer is able to hear if he/she performed a good or a bad shot and further should build the basis for developing a feedback system for the national team.
